"Vial of Life". The "Vial of Life" hangs on your door knob inside of
your front door. This vial contains a paper of all your medical
information and who you want to be called in your time of emergency.
This information will be used by the Emergency Medical Provider and
the Hospital. You will receive two (2) decals to be placed on the front
and rear doors (outside). These decals read - NOTICE: MEDICAL
EMERGENCY PROVIDER "VIAL OF LIFE" Inside Front Door With my
Medical Information.
